The strictest hygiene standards will be adhered to, to ensure the safety of our staff and customers and contain the spread of Covid-19. Full store sanitisation has been done and we will continue to do this at regular intervals. Masks, gloves, sanitizers and hand washing will be mandatory for all staff and we will continue with our usual strict hygiene protocols. We will also disinfect all surfaces in store regularly. An added precaution will be the taking of staff temperature before entering the workplace.

At Piatto, we have always adhered to the highest health and food safety standards. With regards to the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to reassure our guests that we are taking extreme measures to ensure the safety of both our customers as well as our staff. Upon entering, hand sanitizers will be made available for each and every one of our patrons. Table top surfaces will be disinfected with anti bacterial and anti viral SABS approved disinfectants after each customer leaves.

Hygiene in food preparation has always been our highest priority and now even more so with addititional staff training. Each bathroom stall/cubicle will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected regularly.
